General Information for customer
In compliance with the provisions of Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Data Protection (” LOPD”) and its implementing regulations, we are pleased to inform you about the processing of your personal details (“Data”).

All Data we request is compulsory, so any failure to comply some may render the access to the provision of services we offer.

Your data will be processed by the Responsible in order to facilitate access to the Portal www.beyondjustenglish.com and maintain, develop and control our business relationship, including attention to your inquiries or requests for information or documentation.

The Data provided to us must be correct and current at the time in which you provide the information, which guarantees their authenticity and veracity. Additionally, we ask you to kindly inform us of any modification in your personal data, quickly and diligently, in order that we may maintain the information contained in our file as up to date and accurate as possible.

By providing your details voluntarily you are giving your express consent for them to be processed by the Responsible for sending commercial information about our goods and services by mail, email, SMS, or any other means of electronic communication, as well as your data are treated to conduct further dual segmentations and/or profiles for the same purpose.

In addition, the user allows this data to be processed by the Responsible in order to send commercial information about goods and services of third parties, different to the Responsible ones, operating in the following sectors: [financial, insurance, travel agencies, hotels, leisure clubs, sports clubs and cultural associations, games, education, audiovisual, cultural and sport events, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), publishing sector, food industry, large consumption, and by mail, e-mail, SMS, or any other means of electronic communication] .

The Age of majority
Our services can be used only by people over the age of legal majority. With this regard, The User guarantees that all information concerning the date of birth is certain. The Responsible will claimed the user as the only liable for any false indication of their age.

Storage of the Personal Data
The Data will be stored in our files as long as our business relationship is in effect and during the legal or contractual timeframes for the performance of any action by the User or the Responsible. Once our business relationship has ended, your Data will be immediately deleted in accordance with the provisions of applicable law.

Notwithstanding the above, once our relationship has ended, the company will be able to use your data for commercial purposes as established in earlier conditions until the user revoke the consent it was previously provided.

Access by third parties
We inform you that certain companies could access your data solely for the purposes of providing the Responsible services of treatment, such as IT service providers, etc. In any case those service providers may use your information for other purposes or self-interest. These companies may be located outside the European Economic Area, which do not offer a level of protection in line with the Data Protection legislation (LOPD).

Confidentiality and security measures
Finally, we inform you that the Responsible will always treat your personal data with absolute confidentiality and in accordance with the uses and purposes expressly provided above. Likewise, we inform you that the Responsible has implemented the security measures of technical and organisational nature necessary to ensure the security of its personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access, taking into account the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, all in compliance with the Data Protection Organic Law (LOPD) and to the Title VIII of the Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21st.

Exercise of rights
At any time you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, objection, deletion and apposition to the processing of your personal data, under the terms provided by the law, by informing the Responsible in the previously mentioned postal address, and enclosing a copy of the document proving its identity.
Users may revoke by the above media and at any time, the individual consents that we request in this clause, with no retroactive effect on the terms provided by law.
